The last twenty minutes of an application are the same twenty minutes every time: retyping a name, an email, a work history the resume already contains. Apply Assist is a browser extension that does that part on the employer page, and then stops exactly where a person has to take over.

Some questions need a decision rather than a lookup. Whether you want to disclose something, how you would describe a departure, what you would accept. Apply Assist marks those clearly and leaves them empty.
It does not answer a consent question for you. It does not agree to terms on your behalf. It does not attempt a challenge or a verification step, and it stops rather than working around one.
When it cannot
Fields it could not fill, named
Some forms are built in ways that cannot be read reliably. When that happens Apply Assist says which fields it could not complete instead of quietly leaving them blank, and gives you the prepared text to paste in yourself.
A tool that hides its own failures is worse than one that does less.
Control
You read it and you send it
The form is filled in front of you, on the employer site, and nothing is submitted until you press their button. There is no background submission and no queue of applications going out under your name.
