iapplyai.app

Terms of Service

Last updated 22 August 2026

This is a working draft, not legal advice. It describes how iapplyai.app actually behaves today and is under review by counsel. Where a term has not been decided, this page says so rather than guessing. If anything here conflicts with what the product does, the product is the thing to trust and we want to hear about it.

iapplyai.app scores real job postings against your resume, writes the resume and cover letter for the ones worth pursuing, answers the employer's own form questions from your saved answers, and tracks what you sent. These terms describe what that does and does not promise.

What iapplyai.app does not do

iapplyai.app does not apply to jobs for you. Every application is submitted by you, on the employer's own site, with your own click. iapplyai.app never presses Submit and never sends anything to an employer on your behalf.

iapplyai.app does not promise interviews, offers or employment. A score is an assessment of evidence, not a prediction and not a guarantee. Pay figures shown next to a posting come from the posting or from published data, and are not an offer of any kind.

What iapplyai.app writes, and what you are responsible for

The documents and answers iapplyai.app produces are drafts built from what you gave it. They are selected and reworded from your own history; iapplyai.app is instructed never to invent experience you do not have. Even so, you are the person signing your name to what you send. Read it before you submit it. If something is wrong, edit it, and tell us, because a document that misstates your history is a defect worth fixing.

Your resume, your writing and everything iapplyai.app generates for you stay yours. You can export any of it at any time, and it remains readable and printable after your pass ends.

Passes and payment

Access is sold as a pass: a single payment covering a fixed number of days. A pass never renews and never charges you again. There is no subscription to cancel, and no automatic rebill when it ends. When it ends, it simply ends, and you buy another only if you decide to.

Using iapplyai.app honestly

Do not use iapplyai.app to misrepresent your background, to apply on someone else's behalf without their knowledge, or to submit applications at a scale intended to overwhelm an employer rather than to get a job. iapplyai.app is built to make a smaller number of applications better, and using it against that purpose is grounds for ending your access.
